Universal Wine and Spirits (UWS) is a locally owned and operated fine wine and spirits retailer with a broad range of wine, liquor and specialty beer to choose from. UWS staff is courteous and knowledgeable and always ready to help you with any questions you have on your beverage selection.

Universal Wine and Spirits is conveniently located between the Johnson City Medical Center and East Tennessee State University on State of Franklin Road. Store hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
